Rick's Pecan Pie

(Yields 6 pies)

Ingredients:
18 eggs
6 Cups dark Karo syrup
2 Cups margarine (melted)
6 Cups chopped Green Valley brand Pecans
1 Cup sugar
6 Pie shells (deep dish, unbaked)

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pie shells. Bake in convection oven for 45 minutes at 300°. Then serve.
