Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
9-inch pie crust
3/4 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 Cup dark corn syrup
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Green Valley brand Pecans
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 Teaspoon salt
Combine sugar, flour and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in corn syrup. Beat eggs on at a time. Mix evaporated milk, Green Valley Pecans and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving.
Makes 1, 9-inch pie
