Derby Pie

Ingredients:
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup flour
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 Cup butter, melted and cooled
1 Cup Green Valley brand Pecans, coarsely chopped
1- 6oz. Package semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1- 9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix sugar and flour together. Stir in remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
