Pecan Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. Package cream cheese
1/3 Cup Karo syrup (light or dark)
1/2 Teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup Pecan meal

Beat first four ingredients in small bowl with mixer at low speed until mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the cheddar cheese and pecan meal. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
