Apricot-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:
1 20 oz. can pineapple, crushed
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup sugar
1 6 oz. Package Apricot gelatin
1 8 oz. Package cream cheese
1 Cup Green Valley brand Pecans
1 12 oz. Tub whipped topping

Cut cream cheese in small pieces and allow to soften. Meanwhile, bring pineapple, water and sugar to a boil. Add gelatin. Let cool. Add softened cream cheese and Pecans. Refrigerate until mixture starts to congeal. Remove from the refrigerator and fold in whipped topping. Pour into a mold and chill.
