| What is the shelf life of your product? |
| After receiving our product depending on the type of product, it should be eaten within 5-7 days. Refrigerate all products after opening for optimum freshness. Our natural pecans freeze beautifully and have a frozen shelf life of up to twenty four-months. Our pecan meal has a frozen shelf life of twelve months. |
Do you ship chocolate year round? |
| Our fine quality chocolate products melt very easily. Therefore, we are unable to ship chocolate May through September. |
Are your pecans Kosher? |
| All of our natural pecans are certified Kosher by O.U. (Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America.) |
How do you ship your product? |
We ship all our products United Parcel Service (UPS). You may choose on the shipping page to ship UPS ground, UPS 3-day Air, UPS 2-day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. On the Purchase Page we provide you with a ship date, you may change the ship date if you would like your product to ship at a later date. If you would like to ship to a Post Office Box, Hawaii, Alaska and/or International please call our sales associates at
1-800-327-3226. We do not ship to APO's or FPO's. |

How do I order for the Holidays? |
| To guarantee Christmas deliveries, orders should be placed 3 weeks in advance. For all other holidays, please allow 7 working days for processing and delivery. |

What is the difference between Mammoth Halves and Junior Mammoth Halves? |
| Our Mammoth Halves are our largest fine quality pecans. They are hand selected for many of our specialty gift items. Junior Mammoth Halves are slightly smaller and are commonly used for baking. They are found in our 16oz and 8oz cello bags. |
